This website (bhavaacademy.com) is operated by Bhava Company Ltd ("Bhava", "we", "us", "our"). By using this site, you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

Tickets for Bhava 2026 are sold and fulfilled by our venue partner, Harrow Arts Centre, via their own booking platform. Your ticket purchase is a contract between you and Harrow Arts Centre, governed by their own terms, conditions, and refund/exchange policy — not this document. We link to their booking page for your convenience but aren't responsible for that transaction.

We put this event together in good faith, but occasionally the lineup, running order, date, time, or venue may need to change for reasons outside our control. Where we can, we'll announce changes on this website and our social media. If the event is cancelled outright, refunds are handled per the ticket provider's policy — please contact Harrow Arts Centre directly about ticket refunds.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems
• Copy, scrape, or republish site content without our permission
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive information through our inquiry form
• Use the site in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it

Submitting an inquiry through this website doesn't create a binding agreement between you and Bhava — it simply lets us get in touch about your request. Any sponsorship, advertising, or partnership arrangement will be confirmed separately, in writing, before it's binding on either party.

The Bhava name, logo, and this website's design, text, and code belong to Bhava Company Ltd unless otherwise stated. Event photography on this site is credited to Asanka Upul / Purely Events UK and used with permission — please don't reproduce it without asking us first.

This site links out to third parties — including our ticketing partner and our Facebook page. We're not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any website we don't operate ourselves.

We provide this website "as is" and do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that can't legally be limited, such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud. Beyond that, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website.

We may update these terms occasionally — for example, as the event or website changes. We'll update the "last updated" date above whenever we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
